Retainer / Continual Support

Retainer contracts are great for clients who enjoy the reassurance that they are paying a fixed monthly fee for regular and ongoing HR support.

I work closely with business leaders and managers to understand your priorities and culture in order that our support complements what you already have in place within the business.

At least once a year I will review with you your HR and People priorities in order to ensure that our services are continually meeting your needs.

I act as though I am your in house HR department, establishing good relationships with your managers so that they call on me when you need to, with the benefit that I’m not under your feet when you don’t need me!

Every Retainer support package is designed bespoke to the needs of that particular business, and typically includes:

  • an annual meeting with CEO / Director to discuss HR and people priorities and plans

  • unlimited access to the Member Zone which is a bank of HR templates, documents, policies and procedures at your fingertips when you need them

  • guidance and advice across the full range of employee matters, including legal insight and risk management*

  • production of general administration, including issuing contracts of employment, drafting standard letters and other general HR documentation*

  • updating of HRIS, using BreatheHR or or other existing client software package*

  • attendance at onsite meetings*

  • invoiced monthly or annually, depending on your preference
